M Layla Hallock

M Layla Hallock has earned her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science and is currently pursuing her M.Ed. in Special Education with certification from Plymouth State University.  She enjoys her work with students who have emotional disabilities in the school setting throughout the state.  Her passion also extends to spreading awareness of toxic exposure and other health concerns effecting youth's mind and bodies.  M Layla is a student member of the Council of Exceptional Children and is excited to join the board of NHLDA as the Healthy Children's Project officer.

Randy Brown

Randy Brown

Randolph Brown is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in History and Social Studies Education at Southern New Hampshire University.  He works at SNHU’s Disability Services, and as a tutor at the Learning Center.  Teaching is his passion, and it’s in his blood, but it has taken over a decade to find his way back to college where he can finally pursue his calling.  He brings a varied skill set to the NHLDA, having worked in the bookkeeping and marketing fields.  He hopes he can make a positive impact through the NHLDA as equal access to education is one of his most cherished principle

Patricia (Trish) Stansfield, M.Ed.

Patricia Stansfield

Trish is employed by the Nashua School District where she works as a special educator at the Elm Street Middle School. Her educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Rivier College. She is a member of several professional organizations including the Asperger’s Association of New England (AANE), Psi Chi, the National Honor Society for Psychology, and Alpha Chi, the National College Honor Scholarship Society.

Beverly Boggess, Ph.D.

Beverly Boggess

Beverly Boggess coordinates Disabilities Services at NHTI- Concord’s Community College where she assists students with reasonable accommodations, academic coaching and assistive technology. Her background includes teaching special education K-12, teaching college courses in exceptionalities, methods and assessment, teacher education, staff development, and consultation.

Deborah Russo Jameson, Ph.D.

Deborah Russo Jameson

Dr. Deborah Russo Jameson has a Ph.D. from UNH with concentrations in higher education leadership, disabilities studies and supervision in teacher education.

Nancy N. Charron, Ed.D.

Nancy N. Charron

Nancy N. Charron attended the University of Michigan and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Deaf Education. She received a Masters degree in Teaching Reading from Western Michigan University and a Doctorate degree in Language Arts and Literacy from the University of Massachusetts. She has worked in different capacities at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels with jobs encompassing being a general education teacher, a special education teacher, and a reading specialist.
